Shipping Information

Orders are shipped UPS GROUND or USPS Parcel/Global Service unless other method is preferred. (If you need faster service, tell us how to ship. Please note that faster shipping is just that, it will only reduce the shipping time. Upgrading to Second Day Air does not change how long it takes us to ship products. It only reduces the travel time after leaving our warehouse. For example: an out of stock part might take two or more days to leave our warehouse, but then would be guaranteed (by Shipper) to arrive in two business days.

Alaska & Hawaii orders will have additional shipping charges. We will call you before your order is processed with the total shipping cost. You will have the option to cancel your order if you wish at that time.

Truck Freight Shipments

* Bulky items such as decks,engines,transmissions,etc., may not apply for free or ground rate shipping rates. We will contact you before the order is processed if your items do not qualify for free freight. You will have the option to cancel your order if you wish at that time.

Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a freight quote. The usual shipping charge for freight service runs between $50 and $75 dollars. Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you will have unloading help on hand. Always better if you can arrange drop off at a commercial location. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.) MCMOUTDOORPOWER.COM WILL CONTACT YOU WITH FREIGHT EXPENSE.

Orders over 10 lbs.

Orders over 10 lbs are subject to additional shipping charges. MCMOUTDOORPOWER.COM will charge actual UPS shipping charge to packages that are in excess of 10 lbs. The customer will get a notification of additional shipping charges by email or by phone and the option if they want to continue shipment or to cancel.

Back Orders

Most parts are in stock or available in 1-2 business days. Some parts, special order parts not listed by picture on our web site, may take longer. We have set up very efficient suppliers and if your local dealer says it is not available for a extended period, check with us. Usually we can get parts faster because of our huge buying power!

Special Orders

Special Order parts that are not in Stock can take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to get in. Because it is a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order. Please Note, Special Orders are normally non returnable, but in certain cases some exceptions will be made after contacting MCMOUTDOORPOWER.COM and obtaining a RMA #, Returns will be subject to a 20% Manufacturer's restocking charge.

Return Policies

These are MCMOUTDOORPOWER.COM Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from MCMOUTDOORPOWER.COM.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return a product. We have listed the necessary steps to do so below.

  • All products returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by calling Customer Service at (904) 259-5494.
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost if received by us:
    • Any product not purchased from MCMOUTDOORPOWER.COM
    • Any product that has been installed or used.
    • Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage.
    • Any product that the packaging is not in the orginal condition as it was received.
  • Please Note: Any product returned to MCMOUTDOORPOWER.COM must be new, unused, complete, marked with a valid RMA number, and less than 30 days after original invoice date. Anything else will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a 20% processing charge for any return. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Decks

Decks are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.

Electrical

Electrical items are sold as final sale (not returnable) We have no way to determine if an electrical part was used for troubleshooting and damaged during that process, therefore we don’t allow returns for electrical items. Please be certain of your need for en electrical item before placing an order.

Manuals

Manuals are sold as final sale (not returnable).

Gaskets

Gaskets and seals are sold as final sale (not returnable).

Engine Powered Equipment

Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.

Refunds

According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc.) an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and then a company check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund.

Shipping or Website Errors

Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge.

Warranty

MCMOUTDOORPOWER.COM believes customer service is the most important part of the sale. MCMOUTDOORPOWER.COM strives to provide the best quality products, but from time to time a product might not perform to manufacturers specifications. Please take a moment to review our warranty policy below.

All products sold by MCMOUTDOORPOWER.COM have a manufacturer defect warranty. Please be aware that warranties from defect are provided strictly through the manufacturer. If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you as well as a Warranty Authorized Return number to be able to return the defective part. If you believe you have a defective product please contact customer service so we can assist you.
